Maximum 4 gymnasts per country and age group are permitted to enter for the competition. We kindly ask you to send 1 judge per sex.

October 12, 2012 (Friday) – Arrival of delegations
15.00 - 19.00 – official training
20.30 – technical meeting

 

October 13, 2012 (Saturday)
08.30 - 09.45 – warm-up (adolescent and junior competitors)
10.00 – adolescent and junior competition
12,30 - awards ceremony
14.00 - 15.30 – warm-up (seniors)
15.30 – senior competition (qualification for tomorrow's final and individual all-around)
18.30 – awards ceremony (individual all-around)

09,00 - warm-up
10,30 - 13,00 final (apparatus finals)

The final consists of eight participants. According to the result of the qualification during the first day, the best six senior competitors on each apparatus will get into the final. Adolescent and junior competitors finishing first on each apparatus are also participants of the final.

October 15, 2012 (Monday) - departure of delegations

 

If you need accomodation, meal and local transport, the members of the LOC (Local Organising Committee) will be at your service on payment of 40 EUR/person/night.

The participation fees must be paid for the LOC (Local Organising Committee) after the arrival.

Visa: each delegation must apply for entry visa if needed.

Insurance: each elegation must have insurance.

International transport: each delegation is responsible for its own transport.

The organisers will be responsible for the transport in Hungary.

Rewards of competition: the 1-3 place winners of individual all-around will be awarded medals. On each apparatus the 1-3 place winners of the final will be awarded prize money (500, 300 and 200 EU). To the adolescent and junior participants of the final special prizes will be given.
